Europe's first online shop for mini cupcakes

Cupcakes are known to stand out and immediately catch the eye. The frosting on cupcakes is the distinguishing feature that should not be confused with muffins.

The difference between cupcakes (whether for a birthday, christening, or wedding) and muffins lies in their appearance.

Muffins

Muffins are well-known small, round cakes, usually somewhat mixed. Muffins are baked goods and, in terms of skill, lie between cake and bread.

Muffin batter has a coarse-pored consistency.

Muffins usually have a mushroom shape or burst open at the top. The mushroom shape quickly forms when the dough rises above the pan and spreads out. The bursting is clearly visible in the cracked dough on the dome.

 

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are usually decorated with a dollop of cream, buttercream, or other glazes (also called frosting or icing). The decoration is usually very elaborate, and one almost doesn't want to eat the beautifully decorated cupcakes.

 

Our Mini Cupcakes

The incredibly tempting appearance of mini cupcakes makes you forget all your worries. When enjoying mini cupcakes, you notice that they are airy, moist, and very sweet in consistency. Here, the Americans have once again shown their good side and invented a creation that is sold everywhere in the United States. In every café or restaurant in the USA, you will find the tasty little mini cupcakes on the menu. The trend, unlike in Europe, quickly established itself in America, and cupcakes have become a well-known sweet treat today.

These small cup cakes are decorated in increasingly outlandish and crazy ways. There are no limits to the toppings for mini cupcakes; they can be twice as large as the actual cake batter.

However, we have opted for mini cupcakes with buttercream and in various flavors. This makes us the first online shop for mini cupcakes in all of Europe. Our cupcakes are a colorful mix and designed for all occasions.

Since our company is based in Würzburg, we have also made it our mission to create a mini cupcake set that represents the city. Our WürzBunt Pack does this with many colors to show that Würzburg is one of the most diverse cities in all of Germany for us.

All our mini cupcakes (also called Double-Bites) have a diameter of 4.5 cm and are available in different flavors.

Each individual cupcake is prepared by hand with the greatest care by our confectioners and meets the highest quality standards.
